Amanda Dulieu (Business Systems Manager):-I'm a great believer in making time for pampering oneself, so it is no surprise that my next client experience, happened during a visit to have my nails done. I know my beautician quite well, so we launched into our usual banter, upon my arrival. Lisa mentioned that her mum suffered from psoriasis quite badly, to the point that the hospital had considered giving a blood transfusion as it was so bad. Lisa's mum was at her wits end and Lisa mentioned "alternative" therapies to her mum.
